Cancellation Policy:

1. Scenarios whereby there is a cancellation to orders placed in the DA Marketplace before our mobile team contacts the clients to confirm their appointment will be refunded in full, or if they fall into one of the following categories:

• Changes in requirement from destination country (test no longer needed prior to entering destination or transiting country)

• Changes in the health of the patient where fitness to fly is compromised i.e. major medical surgery (aesthetic surgeries or will not be considered as valid)

• Injury resulting in Hospitalisation Leave

• Compassionate reasons such as death or hospitalisation of immediate family members

• Accidental duplicate orders with 2 or more payments received by the same patient

• Client orders a wrong package (client to make booking for the correct package as advised by our mobile team before a refund for the wrongly purchased order is refunded)

2. There will be no refund if:

• On the confirmed date & time of the appointment, the client is uncontactable/not at the address provided in the booking

• Any point in time after the swab has been conducted

• DA products/services are purchased via a 3rd party operator or website. Please refer to the cancellation terms of the 3rd party operator 

3. For any cancellation of service, 2.5% of the purchase value in fees will be applied, or a maximum of RM10 will be charged due to return processing fees

Re-scheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling is allowed 48 hours before the confirmed appointment date

Other Points to Note:

• E-report in 48hours
• Home-based health screening service is only available to those residing in Klang Valley
• Our Mobile Health Team will reach out to you within 2 working days after your purchase to confirm your appointment
• If you did not receive our call after 2 working days, please contact: nurses.my@doctoranywhere.com / +603-9078 4779
• Discount codes (if used for the booking) cannot offset the monetary value of the refund

For Serology Swab Test, Please check and confirm your testing window and time of result made available to you, will be in permissible limits for flight.
