Service Coverage:
Single dose Hepatitis A vaccine (Havrix®) administration in the clinic

Clinic Location: 

  • Klinik Chew: 3, Jalan Metro Wangsa, Wangsa Maju, 53300 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
  • Monday - Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) : 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Saturday (Excluding Public Holidays) : 9:00am - 1:00pm

Who should book this package?
Recommended for adults aged above 18 who

  • Food handlers
  • Have never been vaccinated against hepatitis
  • Have received the vaccine previously but have low antibody titre
  • Have received initial dose of Hepatitis A vaccine and require follow up or booster
  • Travelling to a country where Hepatitis A endemicity is high


Dosage Information:
This vaccination contains 1 dose. For complete protection against Hepatitis A, please ensure that you complete 2 vaccine doses. 2 doses schedule should be administered at month 0 and anytime between 6-12 months later

Cancellation Policy:

1. Scenarios whereby there is a cancellation to orders placed in the DA Marketplace before our mobile team contacts the clients to confirm their appointment will be refunded in full, or if they fall into one of the following categories:

  • Changes in the health of the patient i.e. major medical surgery (aesthetic surgeries or will not be considered as valid)
  • Injury resulting in Hospitalisation Leave
  • Compassionate reasons such as death or hospitalisation of immediate family members
  • Accidental duplicate orders with 2 or more payments received by the same patient
  • Client orders a wrong package (client to make booking for the correct package as advised by our mobile team before a refund for the wrongly purchased order is refunded)
  • Clients has a history of allergy reaction due to previous vaccination
  • The patient is receiving treatments such as radiation / chemotherapy / immunotherapy / blood transfusion or any other contraindications as stated in the vaccination guide
  • Client is currently pregnant and not fit for vaccination as per doctor's advise

2. There will be no refund if:

  • On the confirmed date & time of the appointment, the client is uncontactable

3. For any cancellation of service, 2.5% of the purchase value in fees will be applied, or a maximum of RM10 will be charged due to return processing fees

Re-scheduling Policy:

  • Rescheduling is allowed 48 hours before the confirmed appointment date

Other Points to Note:

  • Recommended for individual aged 18 and above
  • Our Team will reach out to you within 2 working days after your purchase to confirm your appointment
